How to Order

Simply click on the Add to Cart button to select any item in the Gallery. When you are done shopping, click on the View Cart button at the top of any page to purchase via credit card.

If you like, you may instead email your order to postmaster@jewelrybykaia.com.

Custom Orders

I can create a piece of jewelry to your own design, in glass, metal and/or resin. Metals may include gold and fine silver, Sterling, brass and copper. Email me your design ideas, and we can discuss what is possible.

Custom Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work commences.

Delivery

Items which are In Stock will be shipped within 5 business days upon receipt of order.*

Special Order Items are made from scratch, so to speak, by me, from raw materials such as glass rods and metal sheet; it takes quite a bit longer to fill an order than buying a mass-produced, off the shelf item. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery for Special Order Items. Please order early, especially for the holidays.

Once I receive an order, I will provide an estimated delivery time back to you. You may also contact me before ordering to find out how long your order will take to fill.

* During the month of September through Open Studios, all items become special orders due to the demands of the Open Studios event.

Returns

Items in new condition may be returned for exchange within 2 weeks of delivery. Sorry, no refunds are given.
